✨ If you came from a broken family, from wounds that are beyond the normal, from being so down in yourself that you don’t know the way out, then I’m someone that you probably want to sit with.✨

A Place of Prayer, Healing, and Encounter with God’s Love
Hello, and welcome.
My name is Madeline Mauro, and I am the foundress of The Triage Ministry—a ministry dedicated to offering spiritual direction, prayerful accompaniment, and healing through the grace of Jesus Christ.
This work began long before it had a name. It started with a simple but undeniable realization:
God was sending people to me for prayer.
One by one, they came—seeking clarity, comfort, or simply someone to listen with the heart of Christ. What began as spontaneous encounters soon became unmistakable. I was not merely offering support; I was accompanying souls through moments of deep spiritual need.
Triage Ministry was born out of that calling.
Can you imagine someone looking at you with a deep gaze, as if waiting for a message? Many would say:
“I don’t know why I’m here—I just felt something stirring inside me, urging me to come.”
And in those moments, I would smile and say:
“Yes—everything will be okay. The Holy Spirit has brought you here. Tell me what’s on your heart. How can we pray together?”
These encounters are not coincidences. They are God moments—sacred spaces where His love, healing, and mercy are made present.
Invite Triage Ministry
As a Catholic spiritual director serving individuals in the Charleston-Summerville area and throughout the state of South Carolina, I would love to support your parish, ministry, or small group. Whether through spiritual direction, workshops, or reflection events, let me know how I can serve your community.
- Spiritual Direction: Helping individuals see God in all things, especially during seasons of uncertainty, spiritual aridity, wilderness, and the in-between places where God can sometimes seem hidden.
- Bring Up a Chair Workshop: Invite Christ to your table.
- Retreats & Reflections Events: Guided opportunities for prayer, reflection, and deeper relationship with God.
A Message of Hope
One of my favorite Scriptures reminds us of the power of God’s love:
📖 1 John 4:18
“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.”
It is in God’s love that healing happens—because love gives life, sustains us, and restores us.
